The rope is made of special three-ply 100% cotton that is twisted in order to enhance its strength, meaning you can curl up with that secure feeling. The cotton strands are tightly woven for increased body contact and the fibers continue to breathe for dry comfortable relaxing. The traditional design will hold up to 450 pounds, making it suitable for couples or small families. The wooden spreader bar acts as support and stabilization, with the ropes tied onto the end to give a clean, neat appearance.
The hammock stand is made of steel tubes and is easy to assemble, even for those who may not be the handiest around the house. It can be put together in 3 minutes, with no tools required. It's 15 feet long and can hold any hammock. It has a powder-coated finish that enables it to withstand regular wear and tear, as well as the elements – from the sun-filled days of summer to the rainy, wet days of winter. The frame is not as sturdy as others, but the convenience of being able to pack it up and take it with you in mere minutes is definitely a huge bonus! The ease of assembly means you can take this hammock and stand with you on picnics, camping trips or even a relaxing trip to the living room, without worrying about damaging trees or where to set up.
I do wish that the cotton had come tighter, how it comes gives very little , to no, bum clearance for those of us who have put on a few extra isolation pounds.

May I say that this by far is the best customer service I have ever received, great sense of humour thru the whole order process and once I received the product the follow up was very refreshing. This Hammock has to endure a long flight to the Bahamas where I just know I will make a lot of people jealous right where the ocean meets the beach, CANT WAIT thanks for all you help Simon "Relaxer in Chief"

I ordered five woven rope hammocks with stands for a large corporate event as part of Bestival, a huge music festival on Toronto Island. We wanted to create a relaxing chill-out zone under the trees, and these hammocks were hugely popular. So much so that we've had patrons contacting our company to find out where we got them.

Limited One Year Warranty
Hammock Universe ("Hammock Universe") warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Hammock Universe, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Retailers selling Hammock Universe products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover discoloration of product, damage caused by mildew, mold or any external source. It does not cover normal wear of parts, or damage resulting from any of the following: rodents, pests or any animal, negligent use or misuse of the product, commercial use of the product, use contrary to the assembly instructions, repair or alteration by anyone unless the service was authorized by Hammock Universe. Further, the damage warranty does not cover acts of God, such as: fire, flood, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and any form of precipitation: (i.e. rain, snow, hail). Warranty void if damage to the product results from the use of a part other than a genuine Hammock Universe part.
Installation & Safety Precautions
Installing a hammock is usually not too complicated. However, the most common issue is deception. NOT with the product itself but the FIT!
We provide minimal dimensions for the specific product under the SPECS Tab.
Before purchasing a hammock or a stand, it is important to allow yourself 5 minutes to measure the space you have on your patio, between the trees or anywhere else.
Doing that with a measuring tape (and not using the good old eye guessing technique 😊) will allow to choose in accordance with the space you have and allowing for relaxation in no time when your order arrives!
