Hammock Day Giveaway

1. Sponsor:
The giveaway is organized by Treeka Stores Inc., operating as Hammock Universe (“Sponsor”), located at [insert address if desired], and hosted on the website www.hammockuniverse.com and associated social platforms.

2. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Québec) and the United States, who are at least the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Treeka Stores Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on July 16, 2025, and ends on July 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must complete all of the following actions on Instagram or Facebook (or both platforms for additional entries):

✅ Tag two friends you'd chill with in the comments
✅ Follow Hammock Universe on the platform

Each participant may enter once per platform (Instagram and Facebook), for a maximum of two entries per person. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prizes:
Ten (10) winners will each receive a $25 CAD digital gift card redeemable on www.hammockuniverse.com. Gift cards will expire on July 22, 2026. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected by random draw on July 23, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform where they entered. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. Odds:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. Disputes:
The giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Privacy:
Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
