    Product Guarantee
    We are proud of the durable materials and quality craftsmanship in all our products and guarantee them from manufacturer defects for the period of 1 year. This is assuming normal use. Should you wish to return a product due to a defect, please send an email to orders(at)hammockuniverse.com (please include reason(s) for return and include a picture showing the defect), we will reply with specific instructions promptly. In the case of a manufacturer defect, we will take care of all costs incurred, including shipping.


    Customer Satisfaction Policy
    We strive for total customer satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Products must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition and in their original packaging (with the exception of a return due to a manufacturer defect). We'll pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you obtained free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
