We selected our hammock using the data and revies on your website, then ordered it on the iPhone from the cottage.  A question we emailed was answered immediately.  Two days later our hammock was delivered to our cottage on Lake Joseph, and now we have it down on the dock, placed so that the hammock occupant gets maximum breeze and best view while relaxing.  We were amazed at the speedy delivery, quick response to our question, and so please at the informative website and quality product.  Next year we plan on ordering a hammock chair.

P.S. And we found your website from a google search, not wanting to buy an el-cheapo Cdn Tire hammock...

Thanks for answering my question so quickly!  I decided to go with the poolside one, and just placed my order.  By the way, I just wanted to let you know that you have a great website.  It's user-friendly, simply, and well laid out and I especially like the Hammock/Stand Combo option.  Many other websites I went to were complicated, not simply to use, and didn't answer my questions very well in the FAQ section - especially the question of what kind of hammocks were for which stands...  The stands may be universal for all hammocks - i'm not sure. But by offering the Combo selection, it guaranteed me that I was getting a hammock and stand that work together.
 
Anyways, just wanted to let you know that.  Please ship as soon as possible.

I had ordered a Large Mayan Hammock with hanging ropes from Hammock Universe on July 12 in the hopes of taking it camping on Friday July 14.  You sent it out early July 13 and it arrived at my door the morning of July 14.  I packed it without opening the parcel and headed out for 9 days.  On opening the package at my campsite, my wife was quite pleased to see a wonderfully colourful, easy to hang hammock in the campsite!  Thank you for your helpful service and great attempts at hand-delivering it to me.  You definitely went beyond the normal service level and deserve to get good traffic to your site with such helpfulness.

Only one problem... my wife likes it soo much I can't get much time on the hammock and so I will have to shop once more (at least) for a home version for me!

Your hammock is wonderful!  We are a lazy bunch of folks and leave the hammock on our deck all year round suspended from the stand.  I specifically chose the weather-resistant hammock for this reason.  Your service was prompt and efficient and extremely convenient.  When I purchased previous (now rotted) hammocks, I had to make countless phone calls all over Atlanta to find what I wanted.  On one occasion, I traveled 90 minutes one way to a store to buy a hammock pillow!  This is nonsense--now I have you to call on.  Congratulations on sticking it out as an independent business in the midst of all the big conglomerates.  Your kind of service is rare and much appreciated.  Keep up the good work!
