- We offer FREE shipping for all orders over 35$ to the Continental USA and Canada. Yes, that's FREE shipping on all orders over 35$, regardless of the quantity or weight of products (no minimum purchase requirement).
- Where do you ship?
- Orders are shipped throughout Canada and the US. All shipments are tracked and fully insured to guarantee delivery.
- Which shipping companies are used?
- Mostly FedEx. Canada Post and UPS are used on occasion (in areas FedEx does not deliver). At checkout, you will be given the option to select either an express air service, or our standard ground service (free on orders over 35$).
- Are orders tracked and insured?
- Absolutely. Once the product leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a tracking number by email. All shipments are fully insured (we cover the cost of the insurance) and tracked to guarantee delivery.
- What are your delivery times?
- From the shopping cart page (after you add product(s) to your cart), you can enter your zip/postal code in our "Shipping Estimator" for an accurate shipping time estimate. All orders are shipped quickly –same or next day. Usually, you can expect to receive your order(s) between 1-4 business days.

- Do you charge handling fees?
- Absolutely not.
- Will I be charged custom duties on an Intl. shipment?
- Thanks to the free trade agreement between Canada and the US, custom duties are not charged. We ensure that all necessary paperwork is taken care of to prevent customs duties being charged.
