I'm not one to write reviews, but I am so impressed with my first time experience with Hammock Universe that I want other potential customers to know they are in good hands. Website is accurate on description of product as well as supporting photos. 24 hour delivery from time of order. Staff were very courteous with email correspondence as well as telephone conversation. I've been waiting for 7 years to be able to use my Nicaraguan hammock that I purchased and shipped home while on vacation in Nicaragua. I simply did not have 2 trees close enough together to be able to put it up. If only I had checked online. I never knew these stands exist. Well, I got my hammock stand 2 days after I ordered it. Wow, that was super fast. It was easy to assemble. All the parts just click into place. Now I can enjoy my hammock. The only con is that my family will want to use it also and I might have limited time on it. So, if that happens, I can now order a Nicaraguan hammock with stand on this site. Yeah, I am so happy about that. Happy hammocking everyone!!!
